The Online Store is a Carlson Craft program which allows you to offer our products on a website personalized for your business. For more information, visit the eCommerce Solutions section of this site.

Carlson Craft must have a sales tax exempt form on file to avoid charging sales tax for orders shipped to some states. Please refer to your new account materials or call Accounts Receivable at 800-651-6789 to see if a sales tax exemption form is required for your state.

An invoice is included with each order that is not drop shipped. Remove your invoice before presenting the order to your customer.  Payment date is printed in the upper right corner below the invoice number. On the bottom of each invoice is the remittance information, please return with your payment.

We will charge a 15% restocking fee for properly packaged and undamaged blank stock returns. The product invoice must be referenced and the product must be returned within 60 days of purchase.

Any order placed via phone, fax, or email will incur the manual service fee, resulting in a 40% profit rather than 50%.

We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order.

Call Customer Service for assistance at 800-328-1782. Do not return the complete order unless requested by one of our representatives. If the error was not made by Carlson Craft, you will be billed the wholesale cost less a discount for the second printing. Please do not have your customers call.

Yes. We suggest QR codes be digital print only or in a flat thermography ink to ensure they work properly. If wanted on a thermography item, this will have to be requested as flat ink and will incur additional fees. Please contact customer service for details.

Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee QR codes will work properly in any other print process and will not cover the cost of a reprint. QR codes can be printed on digital napkins, but we do not guarantee the readability. QR codes cannot be printed in raised thermography, foil, or letterpress.

We can send you a blank sample of the invitation(s) your customers are interested in.  Samples cost between $1.50 and $2.50 per card plus shipping.

Carlson Craft reserves the right to refuse to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature

Yes.  We can print foreign languages when the letters are from the English alphabet.  In addition, we offer Spanish verses for wedding and Quince Años ensembles.

A Quick Change guarantees last-minute changes or cancellations. These changes cannot be made by fax.
Contact Customer Service at 800-328-1782 and you will be informed if your order has been received, if your order is in the pre-press stage of completion, if your order has already been printed or shipped, and the cost to make changes or cancellations. Our Customer Service Representatives will give you immediate confirmation of your changes and verify the cost to make them. A service fee will be applied to each part of an order you request to cancel. If an order has already been printed, you will be charged full price for the entire order.

Fill in “__ of __ pages” on the Social Order Form. No cover sheet is needed.
For better legibility, especially with names and places, please make sure numbers and i, c, g, l, o, a, and e’s are distinct.
If your fax machine indicates an error and you would like to re-fax the order, call Customer Service at 800-328-1782 for assistance before you fax the second time to avoid duplication of the order

You can place your orders online by accessing the Order Manager tab on this site. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after you submit your order.

Yes. Use the pre-addressed envelopes provided when you received your album. Check the box on the Carlson Craft order form to receive additional pre-printed order forms and/or pre-addressed envelopes.

Yes. On the order form, enter your company’s credit card number. DO NOT put your customer’s credit card number in that space, as the wholesale amount will be charged to the credit card provided. Include type of credit card (VISA®, Discover®, American Express®, or MasterCard®), credit card account number, expiration date, and authorized signature.

Yes. Call Dealer Records Department at 800-538-1585 and ask to have your account set up for “e-mail order receipt and shipping notifications”. You will need to provide us with your account number and e-mail address. You will then receive an e-mail after an invoice is created and when it’s completed and shipped. The shipped e-mail will include a link to the shipping provider that is handling your order.

The display of any design or logo in any Carlson Craft album is for demonstration purposes only and does not indicate or imply that any such design or logo may be reproduced without the authorization of the owner of any trademark, copyright or other right in such design or logo.

The submission of any order constitutes a representation and warranty by the individual or entity submitting the order that such individual or entity is the owner of all trademarks or copyrighted material contained therein or has obtained any required consent or authorization from the owner(s) to print such material.  The individual or entity submitting the order agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Carlson Craft from and against any claims alleging violation of any trademark, copyright or other intellectual property right arising from Carlson Craft’s processing of the order.
